CU JEWELLERY was founded by friends Camilla Westergren and Björn Broman

with the aim of providing timeless jewelery that lasts over time. A piece of jewelry from CU JEWELLERY should be able to be worn and loved for many years. For Björn and Camilla, sustainability has been a matter of the heart. It has therefore been important for both of them to create a brand that takes responsibility and ensures environmentally friendly material choices and work processes.

The world's resources are limited. What we do with our resources and how we can secure these for the future is therefore of the utmost importance. For CU JEWELLERY what the jewelery is made of and what it leaves behind has been as important as its design. As we consumers have become more aware of our climate footprint, our consumption has changed. Many consumers are now demanding smarter and greener choices. CU JEWELLERY is such a choice. By protecting the environment and actively working to minimize its environmental impact is CU JEWELLERY a brand that is just right for the times.

The jewelry is produced in small editions by a family business in Tuscany, Italy. By producing the jewelery in Italy, transport distances are reduced and high quality jewelery is ensured. CU JEWELLERY has been making jewelry from recycled silver since 2015, but in 2018 the company chose to take it a step further by accepting recycled silver from consumers and stores. The basic idea is to create something new and beautiful from something that you once enjoyed but no longer uses. A piece of jewelry previously loved by you may now be loved by someone else, and vice versa.
