Return & open purchase (right of withdrawal)

We on Scandinavian Jewelry Design (SJD of Sweden AB) always hopes that you will find the right thing to do with us, but sometimes it may not turn out as you intended and then as a private customer you have the right to open purchase (right of withdrawal) and full right of return within 14 days. When returning, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping and the product must be unused and in unaltered condition, with the original box intact and in unaltered new condition. Print your order confirmation and attach the return to make handling smoother.

Right of return/Open purchase/right of cancellation does not apply to the return of ordered goods, packaging with broken sealing, specially ordered jewelry incl. all engagement rings, wedding rings, jewelry with engraving or other jewelry that is made to order and made to order.

We reserve the right to carry out a reduction in value corresponding to the product's possibly changed condition upon receipt by us. If the product due to improper use lost its intended function, no refund will be made. For a full refund, the item must be resalable as new and the item and its original packaging must be returned in unaltered condition. The return shipping is paid for by you as the customer and you are responsible for the goods in case of possible return transport. If the product is lost during the return transport or damaged during the same, you as the customer are responsible for this and Scandinavian Jewelry Design (SJD of Sweden AB) has the right to refuse reimbursement. We recommend that you send the return as trackable. In case of refund, the money is paid within 14 days from that day Scandinavian Jewelry Design (SJD of Sweden AB) received the message.
