Drakenberg Sjölin was founded in 2009 by Swedes Andrea Drakenberg and Ellen Sjölin, nine years after they found each other when they both lived and worked in New York. They found each other in their love for the pulse of city life and their shared longing for the untouched elegance of Scandinavian nature. It was the ability to see beauty in what is simple and natural that became the basic idea for what is now Drakenberg Sjölin.
