Applicability
These purchase conditions are applicable where Swedish or other applicable law does not prescribe conditions that conflict with them. Order

Order confirmation is sent to the email address you registered with your order. Payment
VAT is included in all prices. All our payments are handled by Klarna. No fees are charged for any payment method. Delivery

Unreleased shipment
For shipments that are not redeemed, whereupon the package is returned to Scandinavian Jewelry Design (SJD of Sweden AB), a fee of SEK 199 is charged for Scandinavian Jewelry Design (SJD of Sweden AB)'s costs in connection with return handling and shipping.
In the case of repeated attempts to deliver packages to the customer, the fee is charged once per unclaimed shipment.
Return & open purchase (right of withdrawal)

Complaints

Dispute

Corporate customer: Disputes arising from this agreement shall be finally settled by arbitration administered by the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce's Arbitration Institute ("SCC"). If the value of the object of dispute does not exceed one hundred times the basic amount at the time of invoking arbitration according to the Act (1962:381) on general insurance (the "Amount Limit"), the SCC's Rules for Simplified Arbitration shall be applied. If the value of the object of dispute exceeds the Amount Limit, the Arbitration Rules of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce's Arbitration Institute shall be applied. If the value of the object of dispute amounts to an amount between the Amount Limit and SEK 10,000,000, the arbitration panel shall consist of one arbitrator. If the value of the object of dispute exceeds SEK 10,000,000, the arbitration panel shall consist of three arbitrators. The value of the object of dispute includes the claimant's claim in the writ of summons as well as any counterclaims in the defendant's opinion on the writ of summons. Swedish law shall be applied. The seat of the arbitration shall be Stockholm.
