We at Scandinavian Jewelry Design (SJD of Sweden AB) always hope that you find the right product with us, but we know that sometimes things don't turn out quite as you intended. If that happens and you're a private customer, you have the right to a refund within 14 days. When returning the item, you're responsible for the return shipping costs, and the product must be unused and in an unaltered condition, as well as in the original packaging and in a new condition.
The right to a refund doesn't apply when returning order item, packaging with broken seals or customised jewellery like engagement and wedding rings, jewellery with engraving or other jewellery that's made to order.
We reserve the right to make a reduction in value corresponding to any changes in the product's condition when we receive it. If the product can no longer fulfil its intended function due to improper use, no refund will be made. For a full refund, the product must be able to be sold as new and the product and its original packaging must be returned in an unaltered condition. Return shipping costs are covered by you, and you're responsible for the item in the event of any return delivery. If the product disappears or is damaged during the return, you, the customer, are responsible for this, and Scandinavian Jewelry Design (SJD of Sweden AB) has the right to refuse a refund. We recommend that you return products using a trackable postal method. If we give you a refund, the money will be paid within 14 days from the day when Scandinavian Jewelry Design (SJD of Sweden AB) received the notification.
